RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your GOY order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost, as applicable.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where required by applicable consumer law, a valid withdrawal will also include reimbursement of the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.

We may withhold a withdrawal refund until the returned goods have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some GOY products are produced only after an order is placed. Made-to-order production by itself does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Products made specifically to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS

Production can begin shortly after an order is placed. We therefore cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has started.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees available under applicable law.
