If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

For returns for other reasons, contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Return eligibility, timing and return-shipping costs may depend on your location and applicable consumer law.

Please do not return an item directly to a production or fulfillment partner unless you have been instructed to do so.
