These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the GOY online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

ORDERS

You must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, graphics, dimensions and other details accurately.

Minor variations may occur because of screen settings, printing processes and made-to-order production.

Unless otherwise stated, GOY branding, original designs, graphics, text and other original store content are owned by or licensed to GOY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory consumer right where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence where those protections apply.
